A little about me…

I wear many hats, and I love them all equally! I have been involved in pretty much every aspect of a wedding for as long as I can remember. From hair and makeup artistry, photographer, flower girl dress design, rentals, coordinating, and venue management. I totally get what makes a day feel complete, but more importantly I genuinely love weddings and it shows!

Meet the Winter Family!

Doing life with this crew has been a blast. Brian and I have been married for 28 years and we are blessed with 3 amazing kids. 2 in college and 1 recently graduated from UCSD and also got engaged! I’m very excited to help them through the wedding process. Who’s missing from the photo? My two puppo’s and a snuggly orange cat.

From the moment we stepped foot on Kelly Winter’s sprawling venue in early 2019, we knew this was the place for us. We wanted a rustic setting with natural beauty and a picturesque barn. We got all of the above and more. Kelly immediately made us feel right at home with her warm personality. We could tell she was extremely creative, talented, and very detail-oriented. The amount of work, detail, and care that Kelly puts into her venue cannot be underscored enough. She is dedicated to making her venue an affordable, dreamlike place for couples to celebrate their special day and she continues to achieve that. Your happiness is important to her.

In addition to her amazing venue, Kelly is an incredible person who we were fortunate to have by our side during the uncertainty of COVID. Our 2020 wedding was postponed twice until 2021. Despite all of the challenges that Kelly faced due to closures and restrictions, she went out of her way to be there for her couples. She sacrificed time from her own schedule to make the postponements for her 2020 couples work. She immediately rescheduled us for the same timeframe the following year to ensure that our date was locked in and something was reserved for us. During an extremely stressful time, Kelly’s selflessness and generosity made us feel at ease. We felt supported and cared for. We can never thank her enough. When other venues were cancelling on their couples, Kelly was there, fighting for hers.

Prior to opening her venue, Kelly was a wedding planner. Given this, she is very integrated with other vendors in Southern California. When we signed our contract, she gave us a list of vendors to help us craft our day. We knew we could trust Kelly’s judgement with other vendors based on our experience with her, so we ended up booking some of them. They did not disappoint! This vendor list was extremely helpful in trying to navigate the remainder of the planning process.

Kelly has thought of it all. She is constantly making positive additions to her property and adding to her inventory. Instead of outsourcing a lot of décor and activity-related items, Kelly has them on-site and they are included with the venue-tables, chairs, table numbers, candle holders, lanterns, charger plates, signage, corn hole, a photo booth-you name it. This was really helpful to us because not only did it add to the rustic-glam vibe we were going for, but it helped cut down on overall rental costs for us. She also has amazing instinct with how the day should flow from ceremony, to cocktail hour, and then the reception. There is a detailed plan for everything and Kelly incorporates all of the things you want along the way to tailor it to your vision. There are few people who can do this as seamlessly as Kelly.

Winter White Barn is where you want to get married. Enjoy some wine in Temecula wine country after you sign your contract!

Winter White Barn is an oasis created by the talented Kelly! I cannot say enough great things about the venue and Kelly. From the moment I stepped on the venue I knew it was special. Every detail is perfect and is ready to be photographed. The flow of the venue is perfect and all of my guests were raving about it.

I got to meet with my coordinator, Cassie from ClassyKayEvents, and Kelly on the venue a month before my wedding to pick out my decor. These two know their stuff! They helped me pick out the prettiest decor that matched my style. I could not have been happier with the outcome. My wedding was on Oct. 9th and Kelly put these cute little white pumpkins that made me so happy. She just knows what looks good and with someone like me that is indecisive, it is so helpful! Overall, highly recommend this beautiful event space!

Hands down, Kelly is the best venue manager, coordinator, fairy godmother extraordinaire. She has a magic touch that makes every wedding unique to the couple and absolutely magical. The venue itself is gorgeous and like a dream. Our guests were raving about how beautiful everything was. Kelly has a design den with almost everything you need decor wise. Pricing for this venue is great as well. Plus Kelly has a dream team of vendors from the community that she can recommend you based on your style & budget.

"I will most likely cry when writing this review because I truly was honored and blessed by Kelly. She took me and my fiancé under her wing as she helped us plan our extremely quick, yet very detailed boho wedding. We had about 4 months to plan our wedding, because I was hoping to have my father be able to walk me down the aisle. Kelly took on the challenge, she looked me straight in the eyes and told me not to worry about a thing and that she could make our wedding everything we had always wanted it to be.

Let me tell you, she wasn't lying! She did just that. We went over so many little details with her and we were so pleasantly surprised to see she hadn't missed any detail and the beautiful details she added as surprises for us, literally made us tear up! Our bohemian wedding dreams couldn't have been in better hands. Kelly and her team were amazing during the entire process and the day of was no exception! Let me tell you, having Kelly by my side literally during the entire wedding planning process was a blessing!

As a Temecula Event Photographer myself, I thought I knew how much went into planning a wedding. NOPE, I had no idea of all the details. She really knows what she is doing and will blow you away with her creative ideas that you are sure to love. Her style really shows through and it did on our wedding day. She made it unique, bold, beautiful and romantic. Our wedding day was simply perfect in every way!

Due to COVID we couldn't travel from WA to CA to see Winter White Barn in person so we took a leap of faith and booked it based off of pictures. Let me tell you, WWB is even more gorgeous in person! There are so many details that this venue offers and Kelly is absolutely amazing. All of our guests are still raving about how amazing the venue is. Every little detail has been thought through and made our day more special than we could have imagined. If you are thinking about booking WWB, you won't regret it for a second!

Winter white barn is one of the best event spaces that Temecula has to offer! The grounds are designed with the perfect flow to make all of your events special, relaxed and beautiful. All the community gathering areas are great, but as a wedding coordinator I especially love the flow set up for weddings. Starting with a pre ceremony gathering area before the ceremony, then flows over to a cocktail hour, then to dinner in the covered pavilion served up by one of our local caterers, and lastly a beautiful White barn for reception! The grounds are lush and manicured and the owners do EVERYTHING they can to make you 100% satisfied!
I am a local wedding coordinator and this venue is everything I look for for my clients! SOOO much is included in all their packages and the fact that you get so much access to the space before your event assures your stress will be minimal!
Every time we have an event there, I am thrilled because the clients and their guests all tell me that the property has the best vibe of relaxation and fun!
Winter White Barn is PERFECT, the owner is the sweetest and the events we do there are always epic! You MUST see this place, you won't be disappointed!!!

WWB was the perfect spot to host our wedding last month. The venue grounds are absolutely STUNNING. We couldn't have been more happy with how our event turned out. Everybody was raving about how beautiful the property is. The flow from the ceremony space to the pavilion to the barn is just perfect! Kelly and her team are wonderful, kind, and professional. What an amazing experience having our daughter's wedding at the Winter White Barn. Such a beautiful atmosphere - classy & cozy! I've personally worked in the wedding industry for decades and I have never worked with someone as accommodating, dependable and pleasant as Kelly. This is a beautiful Event space. Kelly and her team make celebrating an art form. The space feels secluded and private. So many couches and comfy chairs make the experience so personal and more comfy for all the guests. I have never been to a wedding here, but the other gatherings have all been so special. From birthday parties to memorial services, Kelly is spot on with navigating the needs and style alike.
